This new tour is called Italian Top, really the best of the best, as it will lead us to know some of the wonders of the Bel Paese. We will start our tour from Milan and we will quickly go towards the mountains, the beautiful Alps, the famous Stelvio Pass i.e. every biker’s dream with its 88 hairpin bends. We will then enter the heart of the Dolomites, mountains with the unique pink-orange color, another motorbikers very aimed target. We will get to Venice, unique town built on the water, then Florence, Pisa, Siena, Assisi and then finally Rome, the capital of Italy. A spectacular itinerary that will allow us to know a lot of Unesco Heritage wonders.

Here, we’ll tackle the legendary Stelvio Pass, every rider’s dream, with its exhilarating 88 hairpin bends. From there, we enter the magical world of the Dolomites, whose fiery pink and orange hues will leave you speechless—a true paradise for motorbike enthusiasts.

Our journey continues to the one-of-a-kind Venice, a city built entirely on water, where every corner tells a story of romance and history. Next, we’ll head to Florence, the cradle of the Renaissance, and explore the enchanting Pisa with its famous Leaning Tower. From there, we dive into the medieval charm of Siena and the spiritual beauty of Assisi, home to St. Francis’s awe-inspiring basilica.

Finally, we arrive in Rome, the Eternal City and the beating heart of Italian history and culture. From ancient ruins to vibrant piazzas, this city offers a grand finale to our extraordinary journey.

PROGRAM

Day 1: Arrival in Milan


Welcome to Milan, the fashion and design capital of the world! After landing—ideally at Linate Airport for proximity to the city center and motorbike rental agency—take time to immerse yourself in this vibrant city. Visit the majestic Duomo di Milano, the largest Gothic cathedral in the world, and stroll through its elegant streets adorned with haute couture boutiques and cafés. Later, enjoy a traditional welcome dinner at a local restaurant, savoring Milanese cuisine while getting to know your fellow travelers.

Day 2: From Milan to Ponte di Legno - 190 km / 118 miles

Today marks the beginning of your two-wheeled adventure! After picking up your motorbikes, we’ll head toward the stunning Lake Iseo, where the serene waters create a striking contrast with the rugged mountain backdrop. As we continue, the first glimpses of the Alps appear, and the ride becomes a thrilling introduction to the winding roads and natural beauty of northern Italy. By evening, we’ll arrive in Ponte di Legno, a charming alpine village at the summit of the Camonica Valley, where the crisp mountain air and scenic surroundings set the tone for the days ahead.

Day 3: From Ponte di Legno to Senales - 270 km / 168 miles

We start the day early to conquer our first alpine challenge: the Gavia Pass. Famous for its role in the Giro d’Italia, this narrow and exhilarating road offers breathtaking views and a sense of accomplishment as we reach the summit. The journey continues to the iconic Stelvio Pass, dubbed the "King of Alpine Passes," with its 88 hairpin bends and an altitude of nearly 2,800 meters (9,186 ft). After celebrating our achievement with a hearty sausage panino, we descend into the tranquil Senales Valley, known for its sprawling apple orchards and serene landscapes. Tonight, we’ll rest in a cozy hotel surrounded by nature’s tranquility.

Day 4: From Senales to Cortina d’Ampezzo - 200 km / 124 miles

Prepare for a day filled with awe as we journey into the heart of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The jagged peaks and vibrant colors of the Fedaia Pass, ranging from deep orange to soft pink, create a surreal backdrop as we navigate its winding roads. Along the way, we’ll pass Lake Fedaia and the Marmolada Glacier, the highest peak in the Dolomites, before arriving in Cortina d’Ampezzo. Known as the "Pearl of the Dolomites," this enchanting town is the perfect base to explore the surrounding peaks and enjoy a restful evening.

Day 5: From Cortina d’Ampezzo to Venice - 280 km / 174 miles

Leaving behind the dramatic alpine landscapes, we descend into the rolling hills of northern Italy. The scenery softens as we approach Venice, a city renowned for its unique charm. Built on a network of canals, Venice offers a captivating blend of history, art, and romance. We’ll spend the night in this extraordinary city, surrounded by the timeless beauty of its canals and architecture.

Day 6: Rest Day in Venice

Today, our motorbikes take a well-deserved break as we explore Venice on foot. Wander through the narrow “calli” (lanes),cross picturesque bridges, and admire landmarks like the iconic Rialto Bridge and St. Mark’s Basilica with its stunning Byzantine mosaics. Take a gondola ride through the canals or simply enjoy the lively atmosphere of Piazza San Marco. Every corner of Venice reveals another layer of its magic, making this day a highlight of our journey.

Day 7: From Venice to San Marino - 280 km / 174 miles

Back on the road, we head southeast through the fertile Po Valley, passing through historic cities like Ferrara, with its Renaissance architecture, and Bologna, known for its culinary excellence. By evening, we arrive in San Marino, the world’s oldest republic. Perched on Mount Titano, this tiny independent state offers breathtaking views and a medieval atmosphere that transports you back in time. Take a stroll through its narrow streets and marvel at the towers and fortifications that define its skyline.

Day 8: From San Marino to Florence - 210 km / 130 miles

We begin our day venturing into the Apennine Mountains, Italy’s spine, with its rugged terrain and picturesque villages. Along the way, we’ll visit the fortress of San Leo and tackle the fun, winding roads of the Viamaggio Pass. As we descend, the Tuscan countryside unfolds before us, leading us to Florence, the cradle of the Renaissance. By afternoon, we arrive in this enchanting city, where art and history await.

Day 9: Rest Day in Florence

Spend the day exploring Florence’s rich cultural heritage. Visit the iconic Florence Cathedral, crowned by Brunelleschi’s dome, and marvel at Giotto’s Bell Tower. Wander through the Uffizi Gallery, home to masterpieces by Michelangelo, Botticelli, and Leonardo da Vinci, or stroll across the Ponte Vecchio, lined with artisan shops. Florence is an open-air museum, and every moment here is a feast for the senses.

Day 10: From Florence to Siena - 220 km / 137 miles

Our day begins with a visit to Pisa and its famous Piazza dei Miracoli, home to the iconic Leaning Tower. After snapping the obligatory photo, we continue to Volterra, a medieval hilltop town, and San Gimignano, famous for its skyline of medieval towers. The day concludes in Siena, where the magnificent Piazza del Campo, home to the historic Palio horse race, awaits us.

Day 11: From Siena to Perugia - 270 km / 168 miles

Traveling through the Crete Senesi, a landscape of rolling hills dotted with cypress trees and picturesque villages, we reach Umbria. Often overshadowed by Tuscany, this region is equally charming, with stops in towns like Cortona, Gubbio, and finally Perugia, known for its chocolate and historic center.

Day 12: From Perugia to Orvieto - 170 km / 106 miles

Our journey takes us to Assisi, home to the impressive Basilica of St. Francis. We’ll also visit Spoleto and the Marmore Falls, among the tallest in Italy. The day ends in Orvieto, where the striking façade of its cathedral leaves a lasting impression.

Day 13: From Orvieto to Rome - 150 km / 93 miles

On our final riding day, we visit Bagnoregio, the “dying town,” and enjoy serene views of Lake Bolsena and Lake Bracciano. We arrive in Rome to return the motorbikes, followed by a celebratory farewell dinner to reminisce about the unforgettable moments of our journey.

Day 14: Departure Day

After breakfast, transfer to the airport. Arrivederci and safe travels home!

If the minimum number of participants isn’t reached, the tour may be cancelled or run with a different format.

 

WHAT IS INCLUDED:

  • Motorcycle rental with bags. (A security deposit on the motorcycle requested).
  • The bike rental prices include 3rd part insurance and roadside assistance insurance in case of breakdown.
  • Welcome and farewell dinners.
  • Accommodation in 4-star hotels when available at the time of booking.
  • Transfer to and from the airport.
  • Multilingual tour leader.
  • Transfer to and from the rental agency.
  • Support van. The van will carry a replacement motorcycle available for participants in case of problems or breakdowns. You will be able to use the van for carrying suitcases (1 suitcase + 1 handbag per person),an extended service also for all the souvenirs you will buy along the way. The van also has two seats for passengers in case of need or for rest of the motorcycle trip!
  • A detailed road book with all the information and a map with the itinerary well marked.
  • Insurance covering most any medical issue during the trip including, doctors, ambulance, hospital and any appropriate family travel.

  • Tolls on motorways.
  • Entrance tickets to museums or other touristic sites.

  • All meals except welcome and farewell dinners.

  • National and international flights
  • We also suggest that anyone traveling abroad for one of our tours consider purchasing "travel insurance". It can eliminate worry from unexpected situations that can arise in any travel plan.

 

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

  • Advanced payment of 1000 euro to be paid at the moment of the reservation (The deposit will be completely refundable in the event that we do not reach the minimum number of participants or in an agreed manner between the parties, if the tour will be made in modality different with different services).
  • Balance to be paid 60 days before the departure date subject to confirmation by our organization

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Up to 60 days before the start date, the advanced payment is kept for the entire following season as credit towards a tour or a rental.
  • From the 59th day to the 15th day before the start date,  you lose the advanced payment. The balance is kept for the entire following season towards a tour or a rental.
  • From the 15th day before the start date, you lose the 50% of the total amount. The other 50% is kept for the entire following season towards a tour or a rental.
