PROGRAM

Day 1: Arrival in Rome
Arrive in the iconic city of Rome, where your Sardinian adventure begins. Take the time to settle into the city and get ready for the exciting days ahead. Rome, the Eternal City, is a treasure trove of ancient landmarks such as the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, and the Pantheon, alongside vibrant piazzas and exceptional Italian cuisine.






 

Day 2: From Rome to Civitavecchia, ferry to Olbia - 231 km / 143 miles
Today, you’ll head out of Rome and travel towards Civitavecchia, a charming coastal town where you’ll board the ferry to Olbia. Along the way, you’ll visit Fara in Sabina, a picturesque medieval village surrounded by rolling hills. You'll also pass Lake Bracciano, offering stunning views and a perfect spot to pause. Once in Civitavecchia, enjoy the ferry crossing to Sardinia, where the journey continues on the beautiful island of Olbia.

Day 3: From Olbia to Alghero - 276 km / 172 miles
Today’s ride will take you through some of Sardinia's most beautiful landscapes, including the ancient town of Tempio Pausania, known for its granite buildings and lush surroundings. You’ll also visit the mysterious Valley of the Moon, a fascinating geological area, before heading to the coastal town of Stintino. At Stintino, enjoy a stop to take in the scenic views of the famous La Pelosa Beach. You will then explore the remarkable Neptune's Grotto, a marine cave set at the foot of the cliffs near Alghero. Finally, you’ll arrive in Alghero, a vibrant city with Catalan influences and a medieval old town full of charm.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Up to 60 days before the start date, the advanced payment is kept for the entire following season as credit towards a tour or a rental.
  • From the 59th day to the 15th day before the start date,  you lose the advanced payment. The balance is kept for the entire following season towards a tour or a rental.
  • From the 15th day before the start date, you lose the 50% of the total amount. The other 50% is kept for the entire following season towards a tour or a rental.
